An accomplished a Fellow Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with focused experience in internal audit, indirect taxation, and financial advisory. He brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to audit and compliance engagements, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Sasi’s areas of expertise include Internal Audit and Compliance Reviews, GST and GST-TDS advisory and return filings, Statutory and Tax Audits, Financial Management, and Virtual CFO support services. He also provides ERP implementation and accounting system review support, enabling organisations to strengthen their financial processes and reporting frameworks.
Sasi adopts a technology-driven approach in his professional practice, integrating modern tools and AI-enabled methodologies to enhance audit efficiency, data analysis, and compliance monitoring. He has also undertaken professional learning in AI applications, enabling him to apply emerging technologies in audit, finance, and governance environments.
He has extensive experience in conducting internal and statutory audits, including verification of financial records, reconciliation of accounts, review of fund utilisation, and preparation of trial balances and supporting financial statements. He is also involved in handling GST compliance, including return filings and responding to regulatory notices.
He has worked with government and institutional entities, as well as private organisations, advising on strengthening internal control systems, improving financial governance, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
His qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from IGNOU, along with certifications from ICAI in Concurrent Audit of Banks and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
